Paradise Gardens II

I highly recommend NOT living here! A rotting, moldy, fungus-filled and leaky roof. The air conditioner smells of dampness. The roof was changed but to no avail, after the repair a year has passed and from the rain my entire roof has leaked and the ceiling has collapsed! The property has been damaged! Association and property manager don't want to be held responsible! Someone is always taking your parking space. Lots of spiders, termites and cockroaches, little order. Barely working laundry.
