Paradise Pointe Condominium

This is honestly one of the worst complexes I have ever stayed in. Somethings always wrong. Somethings always broken. I remember taking my son to the pool and it was semi-dirty. I remember going back a week later and the same things I seen out there was still out there. The AC units are old. They do not want to switch them out. The association is very rude and I feel racist, the only good thing about this complex is the convenience store.

The pools are always closed, the courts are in poor condition and the rent continues to rise.

This condo has scheduled fire alarm checks. They give "x" weeks notice and if you are not home they let themselves in. When they came to check my unit I was using the bathroom and could not answer the door, because of the ventilation fan i did not hear them enter. I open the bathroom door and a girl shrieks loudly. 2 other boys come out from the rooms and suspiciously take their leave. They were all very young, mid teens? I began checking for my valuables and realized my ray ban sunglasses were nowhere to be found. I flipped my entire room, though i only ever leave them on my desk. Nothing. I ended up moving out and still through packing my belongings have not come across them. Other than that experience was okay nice location, convenient market downstairs, affordable

Very good construction, complete amenitis, very comfortable access

The manager Mrs. Constante and her team were very helpful and delivered the buyer documents requests on time.
