I had a very bad time with the service and attention! Yesterday, October 7, I went to request information about the apartments and they didn't even assist us! There is no availability, terrible service! We wanted to have information to be able to apply and they didn't give us the opportunity until we entered! According to tenants in this community there are unoccupied apartments, but I understand why they don't give information!

For 2 days straight attempted to communicate with a living soul at this community, no voicemail, no email communication, they have a large banner on the exterior advertising leasing yet on the door of their office have a note stating that there's no vacancy. If attempting to get information is this difficult, I can't imagine the service for those living there
