This building is completely dilapidated ...
This building is completely dilapidated and mismanaged. Worst management in the past 26 years living in here. We must get rid off the board of the association. We went from over 1.1 million surplus to a deficit of more than a million

I don’t know who Samantha is in the Office!!! But they NEVER answer the phone. The finger access machine has been down for WEEKS, and NOBODY has answers, which means I have to go through so much just to get in the building to my unit where I pay bills. I call alllll day and no answer, but front desk can get a response before me. Let’s not get started with the valet service. RIDICULOUS. Can’t wait to move soon. I’ve had ENOUGH, and I’ve never been through anything like this before. I really wish I can give NO STARS!!!!!
