Parc Place Apartments

The tenant are feeding stray cats on the property in the hallway of the apartment where the elevator that not working and the laundry room mgr doesn’t nothing clean crew only half clean the apartment complex first floor only no lights in the hallway rugs clothes are hanging on the railing chairs are in the hallway the place is a dump no repairs are being done

I have just renewed my lease again. Thanks to Monique, Kevin, and Joel and the exceptional job that they have done and continue to do, I look forward to staying another year.  The complex is now cleaner, a lot quieter, and safer.  They have updated the laundry rooms, and we now have a beautiful pool area, gym, and soon new security and electronic gates. This team has made quite a difference here by bringing this complex up to a higher standard. They are very respectful and actually take the time to listen and address your concerns. It's a job well done! Im definitely looking forward to seeing what else they are planning.

I recently moved into the complex on December 16, 2022. It has been a great experience the leasing staff Joel and Kevin were helpfully. The rooms are a good size with beautiful flooring and good appliances. Maintenance is great they usually come the next day to work on orders.  My only complaint is that the GYM, and Pool are under renovation. Hopefully its fixed soon. Great place to live and will most likely renew for the next couple of years. Update: It's been almost a year since I moved in. The gym and pool are open. The community is great It's quiet and peaceful. The leasing office is there to help with any issues and neighbors. They do their best to get everything fixed as soon as possible. I have renewed my lease and will probably stay for a few more years here.

I have visit this place  two weeks ago n stay with my aunt for a couple day n trust me I luv it there   the pool omg  Walmart is just across the road do u guys do short term rentals like for a month I would love to be there again

My mom Carmen has been living at this complex for 20 years.  As an elderly person she enjoys the convenience of the location.  She is able to have her independence. She has seen many management come and go.  Joel and Kevin is awesome.  She enjoys her friendly neighbors, also the fact you do not have to leave the complex to do your laundry. Although she has not been to the pool it is a joy for her to watch the children have fun.  The rooms are spacious. If you enjoy exercise, there is also a gym. Parc place is where you want to live for peace of mind.  Do not hesitate to call and inquire.  Best place to call your home!

Has a homeless man sleeping in the laundry room with a cart he using as a dresser. Management does nothing.
