If i could give no stars i would but wouldn't let you comment unless you give at least one star.. horrible building and management. Children playing all day and night in the parking lot cause they have no where to play.  Drugs, multiple shooting. Non working elevators and laundry room filty and smells like urine. Do a ride by before you live there. Go anytime after 3. Loud music and smell of Marijuana in your unit.

Went to See Burt Reynolds

This apartment complex is a dump. Cats are running around everywhere. Tenants place cat food in front of other resident units and management is made aware yet they don’t do anything. Dog feces are everywhere. The gate doesn’t work nor does the elevator. I wouldn’t allow a homeless person to live here rent free. Roaches are roommates. This complex needs to be on Help me Howard since going to the office does nothing. They advertise the apartments are renovated and that is a lie. This is a complete roach motel. The door leading to the roof is unsecured at times. Miami-Dade fire inspectors need to inspect this place. Parc place is the Ghet-to. Don’t move in as this place is a waste of your money and time. The living conditions are horrible. Help me Howard please help as elderly tenants need access to the elevator and it has been out of service for months.

The tenant are feeding stray cats on the property in the hallway of the apartment where the elevator that not working and the laundry room mgr doesn’t nothing clean crew only half clean the apartment complex first floor only no lights in the hallway rugs clothes are hanging on the railing chairs are in the hallway the place is a dump no repairs are being done

I have just renewed my lease again. Thanks to Monique, Kevin, and Joel and the exceptional job that they have done and continue to do, I look forward to staying another year.  The complex is now cleaner, a lot quieter, and safer.  They have updated the laundry rooms, and we now have a beautiful pool area, gym, and soon new security and electronic gates. This team has made quite a difference here by bringing this complex up to a higher standard. They are very respectful and actually take the time to listen and address your concerns. It's a job well done! Im definitely looking forward to seeing what else they are planning.
