So expensive and the pool closed and the lawndry doesn't work

I do not recommend moving to this building the administration is terrible every time something breaks they take time to repair it and they make many excuses and the manager has a very bad attitude they have laws for everything and fines for everything The pool has been closed for two years and the gym bathroom cannot be used most washers and dryers do not work

I wish I could give 0 star. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE. The owner will rip you off!!!! Received the deposit refund of $48 when I gave them $1500. They will find any excuse to not refund you. I wonder If the small piece of damage in kitchen will cost me over $1000 to fix.. ??do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Horrible!!! The new owner is money hungry. My rent has been raised over $200 in just 2 years under this new management! They put extra charges on your lease so when you move out you never get your full deposit if any. A lot of my neighbors are moving out including me. I will not recommend this apartment, it's just too unpredictable!

Terrible place to live. They don't repair anything, it's all half done or just fixed enough to work. We have roaches out the a** and management is a joke. Had someone steal my bike tire and they did nothing about it. And if you see any stray animals in the complex call the humane society because they will kill the animal.
