My name is Nurys Sandoval, and I am a tenant at the Parkview Condominium located at 17706 NW 59th Ave Unit 104, Hialeah, FL 33015, where I have been living for a year and a half. After two months of residing in the above-mentioned address, black mold appeared on the ceiling of the closets and the bathroom, which I reported to the condominium’s administrative office. They treated it with vinegar and bleach and then painted over it. After a year, the same black mold began to reappear. I reported the issue again. They did the same treatment, but meanwhile, my clothes were damaged, I had to clear out the closet for them to work, and this has also affected my health to some extent. I wonder why a tenant has to endure all these inconveniences while paying $2,700 in monthly rent, where the owners can’t invest in a qualified mold remediation company. They believe that vinegar and bleach will make the mold disappear, yet this causes health issues and damages to the tenant's belongings. As a result, my health has been affected, and my clothes have been damaged. They responded by offering me a "bonus" of $150 as compensation for all the damage caused, considering this is the second time this has happened. Is this fair?
