I loved my entire life here and it was great.  The neighbors are so friendly and I made great friends here when I was younger.

The worst place to live the security staff is disrespectful they park in The pedestrian crossings have lots of cars parked without authorization, that's why there is no parking and everything is square with the security personnel who only sleep and talk to everyone who passes by the entrance, the security personnel at the entrance park cars and they prevent cars from leaving at the same entrance, you pay for security to enter with your ticket and for days they keep the gate open, in short, rabble and disrespectful people are the ones who take care there and those who live that say parties, noise is not respected, nothing there, don't go to live, I had some neighbors who bothered me every day with party noise, I have inside the apartment like in the
Backyard and they still live there, anyway this condo looks like Latin America with USA prices, crappy place

Excellent place to live. The rent is cheap compare of what its on the market and moderate luxury. Great location in the city and close to palmetto. Only thing to improve is forced rules with the tenants that can be sometimes very disgusting.

Worst place to live in. Don't live in this place, it's the worst, they don't do anything about the parking, you never park there in the first place and they don't care if people have parking either. Honestly the worst of the worst. If you have another place to live, don't even consider this place. I spent more than 30 minutes looking for a parking lot to find one not even close to where my townhouse is. What's the point of paying so much that they charge you if they don't even have parking. The worst home that can exist. I never recommend it. 0/10 They are the worst and no one does anything about a single thing. All they care about is that they get their money. I wish I could give a 0 start but that can't be. They don't deserve a star
