Parkview Point Condominium

Lived here my  whole life a beautiful place and love the staff !

A nice place

I found out about the condominium, a friend lives there, excellent apartments, spacious rooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Built in 1964, Parkview Point Condominium features a valet serves ramp and a grandiose lobby and a reception area courteously attended to welcome and assist residents and visitors.  Standing tall along Parkview Isle provides most units with city, bay or ocean views.

Condominium very well located with large spaces both inside and outside, but in the process of deterioration. The entrance gardens disappeared and in the garage there are pools due to sinking of the asphalt. When I arrived I shared an elevator with two super-threatening Pitbull dogs and their owners who made fun of my qualms. The quality dropped in a short time and it became a tenement with no rules of social coexistence that were met.
