Paseo at Downtown Doral

I have lived here for 8 months. The first couple of months wasn’t bad. Fast forward to now, I wish I could just leave already. To begin with the people who administer this building have 0 customer service skills. 0! They always have an attitude and when you ask for information, no one knows anything. The current management NEEDS a customer service skills class. The administration is way too strict and I understand that there should be rules, however it seems a bit too much for what this building provides.
Currently I have not been able to park in my assigned parking due to It being a company vehicle. The 2 options are either paying for valet $7 daily rate or park in the street parking. Street parking wasn’t a problem until Covid. There are not enough parking spaces for everyone. I don’t think I should pay for valet if I’m a resident and given the current circumstances, there should be exceptions made. On top of it all they are not offering valet services after 12am which again makes no sense given that there are only 2 options. Honestly, I cannot wait to leave.

No price info on web? Why cant u not put any rental price info fyi only? Fitnes center W&D kitch bar... nice, will evaluate moving in. No info on parking
