Pearl Dadeland

Would not recommend unless you have very limited options. Billing has raised rents and “extra fees” year over year without maintaining or improving the standard of services being promised such parking, security (garage gate always open /access doors left unlocked/broken), mail/package management is ridiculous (anyone can steal your package), custodial services (mediocre), pool and recreational areas (a joke, tvs never work, pool shutdown due to code violations). I can go on and on. Such a shame since it’s a prime location

We have been here in the Pearl Dadeland with my Husband since one year! And we really love living here. Beside that We always have an excellent support with the leasing office! You will feel like home with the support of Raul and Maria.

My experience with PEARL at Dadeland has been extremely disappointing, particularly from a professional standpoint. Despite adhering to all their documentation requirements necessary for commission collection, my efforts were met with silence. Phone messages went unanswered, and emails remained unopened, forcing me to personally print and drop off the documents in hopes of making any progress. Yet, even after taking such steps, I am left uncertain about the processing of my commission. In the real estate industry, where professionalism and adherence to a code of ethics are paramount, the management office at PEARL at Dadeland has shown a concerning disregard for these principles. This lack of responsiveness and professionalism significantly undermines the trust and efficiency that should characterize our interactions.

This is not only a great community, but the service provided by Raul is by far the best out there!! Highly recommended

I just rented in this building, I especially want to recognize Maria Matilla, an excellent human being, her gift of service and sense of belonging is incredible, she made us feel that we got to live in a nice place.😃 I hope to live a good time here

So hard dealing with the rude unprofessional leasing agents here. The only helpful one you able to communicate with is Garcia(left desk). The rest esp (lady sitting right desk older blonde) is always nasty attitude, rush you out the door, does not like to help, and unprofessional. So, good luck trying to communicate with them abt any questions or concerns. The gym is tiny n garage needs serious washing. Overall experience, For the price you paying it is a three stars from me.

Was recently given a tour at Pearl Dadeland. I was shocked and amazed at the espectacular customer service given to me and my husband by the leasing agent Florencia. The property was just as the pictures online. If you ever visit this property, make sure to ask for Florencia.

My experience here at the Pearl has been nothing but great! Great environment and good people and the management team is amazing and I just want to give a special shoutout to Raul Garcia the manager of the building for always being great to me and my family, his customer service is phenomenal and haven’t seen that type of customer service in years and I’ve been here 3 years and no complaints and just good vibes and good energy.

Always people off the street in clubhouse and gym. Years notifying management and done nothing. $50 per car, $50 service fee plus maintenance fee, plus water, plus rent. No security to escort trespasser off premises. Food delivery a nightmare, no doorman/front desk.  Filthy stairwells and garage. No tvs work in common area, no pool heater. Gym equipment broken or being stolen. Also no visitor parking, have to pay the same as a pay to park on the street. Always giving tickets even to residents with parking passes. Only thing it has is location. If you can avoid it, AVOID IT!
