Pembroke Villas Apartments

I've been there for five years, they changed management and now they don't allow dogs and then those who live with animals before they changed management, where do you go, that's the first one, the other one, when you go to the office, they took a while to fix what you were going to do. To claim the refrigerator I had to buy one since they were supposedly fixing a damaged refrigerator that had been there for a long time!! Where are the laws of animals when these things arise?!!! That is not done! And a very bad experience and they also take your cars away because the rude ones hesitate too!!! I don't even give them one star!

I went to find out something and the secretary didn't even answer, she doesn't even look at your face when you talk to her, the one who was before Catalina was more attentive

The truth is that it is a good place but it doesn't like to fix things, and people who have been living there for a long time are not able to be considerate of them, they treat them like they live for free

Maladministration

This community is clean, great location on county line road and very quiet with low traffic outside. Management is very nice, thank you for the tour!

Staff and management was top tier. Welcomed us with open arms, while walking us hand and hand through the final steps of becoming official tenants at Pembroke Villas. Once we were handed the keys and walked through those apartment doors we were beyond ecstatic. The place is a beauty inside and out! Spacious, clean and all included utilities working to perfection and rent is the most affordable. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Pembroke villas staff you all ROCK!!!!!

Do NOT come live here until they replace the office manager. She rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. She will have your car towed even with visible decal. She is a pathetic liar. She trained her employees to treat the tenants the same way she treats you. Doesn’t fix broken stuff. She so nasty and mean, it seems like she is racist.  Stay away from this place especially if you’re a person of color. Every person of color complains about her here.

Called to inquire about renting didn’t answer the first time, second time they hung up the phone. Seems like the office don’t want to rent to anyone.
