What a wonderful clean safe place to live! Nelson (grounds man) was hard at work cleaning the front door of my apartment when I got home today. To my surprise the patio door was also cleaned! Thank you for your hard work to keep the grounds of this apartment complex clean. It is much appreciated!!!!

In all honesty this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. If you prefer mold, black dust coming from A/C vents, roaches, lifted flooring, popcorn ceilings, slippery bath tubs (where you can’t use a suction grip), “new” carpeting (not new), easily flooded patios, and maintenance that never properly fixes anything all, and a soulless property manager for the price of $2500/month than this is the perfect place for you. You wont be treated as human being here. Their responses to your struggles will be “this is a business”. Right across the street are BRAND NEW and beautiful apartments for the same cost as this God awful place. Pools been out of service for over a year, there’s never any parking and did I mention how disgustingly mean the property manager is? Do yourself a favor and save yourself from making the worst decision of your life. I already know (based on other reviews) that getting my security deposit back is going to be a hassle despite maintaining my living space and keeping it clean and damage free. These people need a reality check and I’d be more than happy to educate them on customer service and running a business. Don’t waste your time and save yourself the mental stress. I’d happily show photos from when we moved in vs when we moved out. Mold was never addressed and I have 3 children. They collect your money and then kick you out the second you face financial obstacles. Response : I have email records of everything. The mold was reported upon moving in with the little checklist you provided. Just be honest you don’t care as long as you collect. You charged me a $200 late fee during a tough financial stretch that hurt my family. I paid 2 days late. Yet your response was “sir this is a business”. You need a taste of reality and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. To any and all considering this place. Don’t do it. I am expecting my deposit to be returned tomorrow as I have kept the place completely spotless and damage free. Legal action will be taken otherwise.

My experience in this condo was very good; It is a very quiet apartment complex and is very well cared for. The office, administration and maintenance staff do an excellent job taking care of this community. I would recommend it 100%.

My experience at Pepper Cove Apartments was extremely disappointing. Not to mention there was mold all throughout the restroom of apartment moving in and they still abandoned to come and fix it during my two year stay after repeatedly telling them about it upon initially moving in. During a recent inspection of my apartment, the maintenance manager, Mr. Hubert, was not only disrespectful but also unprofessional. He pulled back the layer of the carpet, attempting to try and pin it on me and accuse me of staining the underlayer of the carpet, despite there being no visible stains on the surface layer. Given that the carpet was four years old and I had lived there for two years, its a coincidence that they replace the carpet after 5 years and they wanted to hold most of my deposit money for that reason.
Despite my efforts to keep the apartment in pristine condition, Mr. Hubert’s behavior was unacceptable. Additionally, the management refused to provide proof of the carpet's condition when I moved in, clearly aiming to blame us for any issues. There was also a significant incident where the carpet was flooded due to a leaking AC, which was never properly addressed by maintenance after work orders were placed by me, creating a potential mold hazard in which I am allergic to.
The management's tactics to withhold my security deposit through unsubstantiated damage claims are both unfair and unethical. Repeated attempts to resolve this matter with the office were met with unresponsiveness and a severe lack of professionalism by Karina the office manager.  I asked to speak to her supervisor to resolve the issue and mistreatment, and she refused to give me her number or email. I still had no way of reaching higher up to resolve getting my full deposit back. It wasn't until I showed them video footage of Mr. Hubert's mistreatment that they began to respond. This footage clearly shows the maintenance supervisor yelling and behaving in an extremely disrespectful manner toward me and a witness.
AVOID Pepper Cove Apartments at ALL COSTS. They do not know how to solve unfair issues and treat you terribly. Th stress and frustration caused by their unprofessionalism and poor management are simply not worth it.

the place is falling apart.  had building violations. swimming pool also has violations it has been closed for over 1 year .stay away to avoid serious disappointments.
