The associates and manager are rude, dis ...
The associates and manager are rude, disorganized and unprofessional. They do not care about you, they just care about the money. They tricked my family and I into paying an extra $5k because they failed to explain our options, and then blamed us for choosing the wrong option on the lease. They refused to listen to us or make any changes. Not only that, but the community itself is rundown and infested with roaches.

Highly recommend Pepper Cover. Calm, family friendly, and well maintained. They ask for a lot of information for approval which I think is good. Apartment we moved into was renovated with no issues. Office and Maintenance staff do a great job of taking care of the community.

Great place to live, safe with the gate ...
Great place to live, safe with the gate and patrol at night. The staff was very helpful and very informative. The apartments are clean and in awesome conditions with great renovations, they all include a private balcony and your own washer dryer which is super convenient! I definitely see myself living here for another couple of years
