Location is amazing! Hidden gem. 1 block from las olas, a short walk from the beach, and everyone I have met in the neighborhood are so friendly, love this place!

An amazing place to live in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. With 2 pools and 2 gyms, there's no shortage of amenities. Neighbors are friendly and considerate, making for a welcoming community. Guest parking can sometimes be an issue, but there is usually plenty of street parking on Broward Blvd. The association is highly efficient, strictly enforcing rules to keep the community clean and well-organized. I appreciate their diligence, as it maintains the condo far better than a disorganized and lax management would. Overall, it's a wonderful and well-maintained place to call home.

Horrible place to live, this place is a scam, the association sucks and you can’t even have guests, parking situation is horrible, plus many more you named it.

Good afternoon, please, I would like to know if you have a rental apartment for a 26-year-old married couple, husband and wife. Please, I await your kind comments, thank you.

As you may be aware, our association changed the master insurance policy for the building in July resulting in a special assessment. Our current insurance policy has a deductible of 7.5% which does not meet Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac requirements for conventional financing. They require a maximum of 5%. As a result, we will all be unable to sell our properties to any buyer seeking conventional financing.  This affects everyone’s property values. As an example, I am currently unable to sell my unit despite a full price offer and an appraisal that came in above the contract price as the lender cannot approve the loan with the current insurance deductible. It would be in everyone’s best interests to change the insurance policy to meet conventional lending requirements.
