The condo is excellent, I have lived here for over a year, everything is nice and clean, it is a very quiet neighborhood, the maintenance is very good, Mr. Alfredo who is in charge of maintenance is excellent, he is very kind and he resolves any service request immediately, I love this place to live…

I am very grateful to have found these apartments, the truth is that I moved in 2 months ago and I am super happy, mainly with Mrs. Frances who was of great help to me, in the rental process, it is also worth mentioning Mr. Alfredo, who He is maintenance, he does a very good job, as soon as any repair is needed in the apartment he immediately attends and solves the problem, thank you to everyone here for the good attention and help that is given to us. Would you recommend him to whoever? He will move here, because of the good place and the great management they have here. Thank you all for your great help, my most sincere opinion.🙏🏼

Going in my 2nd year here and I haven’t had many complaints, other than maybe parking but it’s gotten better. Maintainence is exceptional and Alfredo is always quick to fix any issues I have! If anything else, their maintenance team is on point 🙌

Since the beginning Frances has been our point of contact. She was very helpful with the application process and being able to accommodate us in a new apartment even though the person that was supposed to leave decided to prolong their lease. She is responsive and helpful and kind. I think more staff needs to be hired for maintenance in order to get work orders done more efficiently but whatever issues you have is always best to go through Frances first, as she will listen to you and try to accommodate as best as possible. I think the conference/party room should have longer hours to rent but overall I think the gym and pool area are great and I like how is safe enough for children to play inside within the community.

Living at Pine Groves has been a great experience! The amenities are top-notch and maintenance staff is extremely nice. Lauren and Frances have been super helpful in making this place home for me!
