I would most definitely recommend Ray for his dedication, his above and beyond drive to help me get approve but unfortunately my financial situation were not up to par. Him and also his partner (celeste) tried their best and guided me with patience which was so sweet and refreshing. Their expertise and dedication truly gave me motivation for when the next time this opportunity comes up again , I am grateful for their assistance.

I find it a little unpleasant that they say that the office staff are rude if the 2 people who work there are the most polite there are, very cooperative, they help you with whatever you need. At least I am happy with the office staff. The atmosphere is very pleasant, they are attentive to any activity and any discomfort we have, they help us resolve it.
