Hello Mr/Ms. Banana, We appeciate your taking the time to share your concerns regarding   pest control and car theft within the condominium community. We  want to assure you that we take them seriously.In addressing the concerns raised about pest control, Polynesian Gardens has a professional pest management service to conduct a thorough inspection of the condominium complex on a weekly basis. It is the responsibilty of everyresident to set up a pest control appointment monthly .Additionally, we encourage residents to practice good hygiene habits and promptly report any pest-related issues they may encounter.  Regarding the reported car theft incidents, we are actively working with Plantation Police  to continous safety throughout condominium premises. We understand the importance of providing a safe environment for all residents.  Polynesian Garden's continues to be a safe location to live and has a much lower rate of car theft/vandalism than the city itself. We encourage all residents to always remain vigilent and report unsual behavior to our security and office. To further strengthen our efforts, we encourage residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities promptly. We are also considering the implementation of a neighborhood watch program to foster a sense of community and enhance overall safety.
