Polynesian Gardens Condominiums

INFESTED APARTMENTS. This place is a big disappointment the gym is old and has equipment that does not work it is old and sticky. The elevators sound like they are about to break down and they shake! The apartments here are infested with COCKROCHES! everywhere in the kitchen & bathrooms. This is not a way to live I could not wait to get out.

I have had the pleasure of living at Polynesian Gardens for the past six years and I wanted to share my positive experience with the community. From the moment I moved in, I knew I had made a good choice and here's my experience: Friendly and Responsive Staff- The management and maintenance teams have always been  friendly, and responsive to any concerns  It's clear that they genuinely care about Poly.
Well-Maintained Grounds: The grounds and common areas ( pool, clubhouse etc..)have always kept in good condition
Security: I always felt safe here as security has been reliable during these nutty times.
Convenient Location: The location is fantastic in Plantation. Everything from Publix, Whole Foods , the malls and good restaurants . Its also within a short commute to my workplace, which was incredibly convenient.
Nowhere is perfect but I still I would highly recommend Polynesian Gardens as a great place to own an a condo.

Our family has lived here for many years . We have enjoyed our condo without any major issues , thankfully . Poly is a good place to live and have a good quality of life . Thankful that the Association has been responsible in keeping the maintenance fees down.There are friends of mine who live nearby and have had to sell their apartments as they can't afford their place anymore.

Awesome place ! Been here for 4 years and all has been great . We have never had an issue here and thankfully the community does well financially so above all things, we are in great shape.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! this is by far the worst place I have ever lived in! Let’s start off with they are INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!! I am not exaggerating! hundreds of roaches that come out especially at night! I couldn’t even leave my sons bottles to dry over night without it being filled with roaches in it and it’s disgusting no matter how much you clean or keep organized this place is infested.. even if pest control comes to spray there’s too many units to get rid of the infestation. Nunber 2. There is not enough parking!!! They will harass you if you park in a guest even with additional parking you have to walk extremely far to get to your apartment the maintenance is a complete joke alongside their management! Their gym equipment is extremely old and rusted it does not work as well as their sauna they love to advertise ….. Run will you can.

If you want to live with roaches you should live here. They are even in the laundry rooms. Absolutely disgusting. The staff are a bunch of bullies.

The pool is amazing
