Quaint.  Very nice location. Basic condo but location location and location.

Just awesome.....Had a wonderful stay in a great little hidden gem:) Terri was most excellent and the place is pefect....We'll Be Back!

Our second stay here and its a great spot. We especially love having a nice pool and a "backyard on the Beach"  where we could sit and enjoy our lunch or dinner at one of the tables.  Terri  Is a great host, very communicative, and the unit was absolutely spotless when we checked in.

Beautiful place to get away. Very very clean. Great access to the ocean. We came back 5 times and looking forward to 5 more. Terri and Steve make sure everything is as perfect as it can be. Don't miss out on this gem. Terri you are the best.

The positive: It’s a great location and we experienced fast communication with host. The unit we stayed in, condo 7, was cosy and the shower was spacious. Everything functioned normally. The condo came with beach towels, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs, which was a bonus. The Atlantic Terrace manager also hosed off our car on more than one occasion! The negative: Condo 7’s air conditioning unit and shower area needed a deep clean. Due to what seemed like poor air quality, we left a night early. The air seemed to negatively affect my health   I struggle with allergies, but my wife does not, so she was okay.
Photos 1, 2, & 3: The HVAC mini-spilt blower area was quite dirty with what looked like mildew or mold (we didn’t test the unit for mold but the property owner said she would do so and share the results with us).
Photo 4: The air intake filter on top of the mini-spilt was also dirty with a thick layer of what looked like dust and dirt.
Photos  5, 6, & 7: The bathroom shower’s caulk and grout looked like it had mold or mildew or something similar. In a few places, the caulk needed to be redone as it was no longer sealing the shower’s bottom area properly.
Photo 8: This is one of the several gaps I noticed in the bathroom tile. I’m fairly certain that gaps like this can let in moisture and facilitate mold growth. It just needs to be re-grouted.
Photo 9: The backsplash (quite stylish by the way!) in the kitchen area needed to be caulked properly. There’s a clear gap in this photo. Again, I think that such a gap means that water can and probably has gotten behind there, again potentially causing mold growth.
There are plenty of beautiful photos that show the proximity to the beach and the space itself, so I’m posting photos that support the negative portion of the review.  All of these photos come from screenshots of videos we took during our stay.
BOTTOM LINE: Condo 7 is a cute & cosy space with a fantastic location. If we could be assured that it would be deep cleaned upon arrival, we would stay there again.

Just left after an absolutely wonderful week here. The location simply can’t be beaten…right on the beach. Condo is comfortable and has everything you could need or want. Stayed here 10 years ago, and it was just as good this time as it was then. I’ll definitely be back…but won’t wait 10 years this time. Again. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!
