Pompano Beachfront Vacation Rentals

We stayed for 10 nights. Did a lot of activities around the area. Our unit had almost everything we needed and more. We had a great stay here.

Please don't rent this place there is a guy who is a pain always complaining about noice or kids acts like he's the owner and video recording visitors he just shows no respect toward people ...

Be aware, a new giant Hotel construction is currently running next to the property! So, if you don’t like noises and dust while you stay outside, this is not the place for you until the construction is over. It was a big surprise for us when we arrived and saw that. We booked the place April 2023 and looks like was No construction at that time. We got message from Terry about the construction going and we should expect noises some days during the AM as well,  But one hour only before our arrival. So she offered an air purifier (another noise maker), in order to reduce the noise. I understand that Terry has No control with the construction going and she apologized for that we have not been informed in advance. But after a Year of planning and waiting for us, it was too late for any changes. Since We had no any other options given, I did  contacted Airbnb. After few hours wasting time with them, I was given an option to leave the property and give me credit back for the rest of the days or If I decide to stay to the end , so they will give me $300 credit back is I stay . This whole trip is going to cost us a lot of money going there, since we are coming from DC, so leaving the next day was not an option for sure. How can I tell my 9 years old that we need to leave and go back today! I wished to be informed in advance and find another place before we go there, instead $300 credit back.
So, M-S during the day, was noise and dusty outside and we couldn’t stay and enjoy the pool and the beach next to the property. I did not want my kid to breathe that for sure. We had to go somewhere else during the day. There was some people during the day they were fine with that outside or maybe just had No choice, I am not sure. But for us, this was not an option Unfortunately.
The positive: Great location, old building but in Ok condition, right on the beach, parking included, most of the people are friendly, easy access,
The negative: Condo 3’s air conditioning unit had some random intermittent noises. Overall the Place was clean upon arrival, but not everything inside. The pictures are how we left the property before we leave. Looks like we had ants in the bathroom since day one. It’s on the pictures. There is a picture from our car sitting outside next to the room with the dust coming from the construction.
BOTTOM LINE: Condo 3 is a cute small space with a fantastic location. Ok, size for a small family. If there was No construction going , it should be a good place to stay.

Quaint.  Very nice location. Basic condo but location location and location.

Just awesome.....Had a wonderful stay in a great little hidden gem:) Terri was most excellent and the place is pefect....We'll Be Back!
