Portalegre Residences

This review is more towards apt 114 managed by Guillermo Rosman from Miami ZYR Realty. Don't rent from this guy unless you want to give him your money. He never answers phone calls right away. He never fixes damages and then when you move out he says he's keeping your security deposits for damges that you never did. The place is full of roaches and good luck getting him to  exterminate unless you call him non stop and threaten to take him to court. Another tenant of his was accused of not paying their rent which they did  and he almost had them  in court to kick them out! The guy Guillermo Rosman is the worst realtor and apartment manager. Don't trust him and don't rent from him. He has apts 312 and 114 in this building. #GuillermoRosman
