Iconic “pink” tower in the exclusive south of fifth neighborhood. One of the first high rises sparking vertical development in the area. Recently updated amenities (pool, sports area, tennis) and shared amenities with South Pointe Towers. Call me to buy, sell, or lease in the building!

Let’s talk facts… This building was opened in 1997. It has no reviews on yelp and just 3 here. I’d say that either PR work really hard deleting reviews or this building is very FORGETTABLE. Very entitled individuals in this building. Residents and staff are very rude. Avoid going to this building if you can.
