Don’t do it! Children running around day and night. I have service request over 2 months old. The whole building smells like weed. Shopping carts everywhere. It wasn’t worth the 2400 when I first moved in, now it’s just a crime. This place is disgusting.

The first few months were fine. Now it’s pure chaos! The constant noise doesn’t stop, with kids running all over the place. It’s becoming filthy.. I’m def not renewing my lease. The office does absolutely nothing, the gate is always broken and currently on month 2 since it stopped. This is the water front building on memorial highway. If you want peace and quiet, I don’t recommend. Feels like I’m living in the slums… looking forward to my lease ending. As I’m typing this at 8:22 pm I can’t even hear myself, that’s how loud it is outside.

If you are thinking about moving to this complex think about it and if you live in it think about it too, the office staff at this apartment complex is terrible if it comes to ignoring the tenants we could give them the jackpot, I moved into these apartments in April We started with the wash that threw water everywhere, they came twice and we continued the same or worse without being able to use the wash because the problem continued without a solution, in the end I had to call a plumber and pay for the service to be able to use my washing, more than a month ago I started reporting a problem with the washing machine and we are still waiting 🙄 for someone to care that it is damaged, it should be noted that I have a 5-month-old baby, which is why the washing machine is essential in my day to day. day, the hallways and the building in general look dirty, something that did not happen at the beginning of my arrival, thus lending itself to the existence of all kinds of pests, I moved my refrigerator to clean and the part that covers the machine collapsed when I checked what I The refrigerator was inside the machine, it is the breeding ground for pests in Miami, I have gotten tired of reporting this problem and no one seems to care, I just hope that my baby does not get sick with this whole situation, so tenant who is looking for rent, if you get there, run away. 🏃‍♂️.

I have been living here for approximately 1 year and I can only say that what bad attention this company provides to its tenants. First, when December 31, 2022 arrived, the mailbox was bad and to this day that mailbox remains the same. I have called about 10 times to see if they can repair it and they never did. I have lost very valuable information such as credit cards for the simple fact that these people did not have the desire to fix my mailbox like that of many others.
Second, I had a problem with my shower that stagnated because the pipes are super bad and I called every day to have the problem solved and until I got angry they sent a plumber to repair it.
Third, there are an unimaginable number of pests in those apartments; the most normal things I have seen have been stripes and cockroaches, not to mention other things. Be careful for those who are going to move here because believe me it has many complications. A neighbor's motorcycle was almost stolen in the afternoon about 6 months ago and the neighborhood can be very nice but it rains for half an hour and it turns into a community pool
