I have been a resident of Quiet Waters for nearly the last year. There’s still some work to do, but the new Tran they brought in to run the place are fantastic. People like Neto at the front office zvd maintenance tech Jefrid go above and beyond to address & resolve any issues with tact, professionalism and competency that the former team here seriously lacked. Just wanted to take a second a say thank you to Sculky for recognizing the problem and doing their best to fix the actual issues, which was with the management . Now. if only we can get the damn raccoon family evicted, 5 stars..

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jefrid, the maintenance man! He did an amazing job fixing all my maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. He was very transparent throughout the whole process, letting me know exactly what he was doing and how long it would take. On top of that, he made sure to clean up everything once he was finished, leaving the area spotless. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. Quiet Waters is a beautiful community but the staff in the office make it so much nicer especially the assistant manager Tenesha very easy to talk to and smiles a lot.

I only visited an owner here but sadly I am told that they do nothing about the noise around the pool at 2:00 a.m. and they do not come and repair the toilets that are broken every other week or any other repairs in the home. I would stay far away from this place
