Radius Condo

Lived here for a couple of years. Eventually the rent price went up beyond what I considered reasonable for a building that has a permanently closed pool, and for "luxury" apartments with basic low-end Home Depot finish. The staff was mostly nice, but the valet service was way understaffed.

I’ve lived here for quite sometime and there are some pros but the cons outweigh that. It’s too over priced for what they are offering you. The pool has been under construction for the past 3 years. Imagine a building full of maybe 300+ residents who don’t have access to a pool during the spring or summer in a luxury condo building. The gym equipment and the gym itself is completely outdated and uncared for. The free internet service is horrible, some days it is unavailable. When you order packages you have to hope it’s at the front desk because it doesn’t get logged so you don’t get the notification. Parking in this area is horrible your guest will have to pay to come see you whether it be the city garage that is also for condo use or nearby parking lots where you pay by meter. The distance is atleast 5+ minutes to get to and from those parking lots from the building. One of the elevators in the lobby has been in and out of service since December, we are now in May. One thing I would say is a benefit to living here is safety , you can always find a security guard walking the building or garage and in my years of living here I did not experience anything bad regarding safety. Other than The Radius has some work to do!

The concierge package service is horrible. If you need something quick and order package overnight, good luck retrieving it in the morning. It takes forever for them to process and very often there no people at  the front desk to give you the package. Occasionally they loose packages. USPS does not leave the packages at the concierge. USPS mail carrier say they don't trust them The pool has been closed for more then a year and will not open for another year.

Radius Condo, very professional luxury staff, the tranquility is magnificent, the special parking spaces, in short, very good, a unique place 👏
