Great neighborhood to live in. Good and generally well-maintained facilities. Security personnel are excellent. Service elevator and other elevators have been under ongoing construction for the past year or so. I was locked in an elevator for 10-15 minutes a few months ago, firefighters came pretty promptly.
HoA is stiff with rules, which makes it an orderly place to live. However, there are many restrictions that many of the neighbors with a lot of time on their hands are happy to enforce. Overall, a good location to rent.

3/4 of the beach is reserved for 20 privately owned cabanas. Why? I have never once seen more people on the beach than there are cabanas. Obviously this space should be open for all.

Awesome views of the ocean!

The staff is Great! But Jim the security guard is extremely rude to my guests and family. He needs to go. We’ve had multiple interactions with him that have caused our family great stress. I hope management takes care of this. Many people in the building have also had issues with him. I’m not sure why staff keeps him around.

My wife and I purchased a unit last year and are very satisfied.  It's quiet, units on the beachfront have a view both north and south of the beach, the beach is well maintained with nice chairs and umbrellas, the fitness center is extraordinary, excellent underground parking, excellent security measures and the employee team is always helpful.  And I've not seen a rat or mold as one of these reviews mentioned.
