Just saw the news about the ridiculous rules and the horrible manager Hernandez...DO NOT LEASE HERE...

I have family who lived there, when you enter you find a "sir" call it an old man with a lack of respect, a conceited man who discriminates and offends even the pigeons that fly over the place, extremes are always bad, as is living in a neglected or dirty place. It can also be worse to live in a place where you feel borrowed even if you pay well for the place you live, note that Google forces me to give only one star, I would give it less than one

The management treats people very badly.

How is it possible that in this place they treat the tenants so badly? This is hell. Mr. Daniel from maintenance has stolen 50 dollars a month from me to give me a parking space. Now the lady in the office offends me for helping me find a parking solution. Where does he bother fighting with me? This shouldn't be happening looking for parking on the street and paying this Mr. I feel cheated how is it possible to get to this apartment!! It is impossible to get dirty with cockroaches everywhere, it is the worst thing to be rented in that place in the very heart of Flagler and it is of no use!! They are insufficient people!! Bad work, indecent, I wouldn't go back to this place even thinking about it!!! Stealing from my own face!!!

Rude people in charge of the place, the elevator keeps breaking.
And everything was always dirty, luckily the London worked. Sometimes, when the contract ends, they don't give you back the entire deposit, nor do they give you 1/4 of what you put in.

We lived in that complex for a year and the truth is that it leaves a lot to be desired because the services such as laundry and elevator are always damaged and the maintenance of the building is very dirty and when you complain about the services they do not give you answers and the money you give as a deposit is not returned to you. I don't recommend that place, very bad people to live in, but we were able to rent zero points, don't be fooled.

Giving an opinion would lower me to the level of the “managers” of this CD-R, because that is what it is. Peace, tranquility and privacy is the only thing you feel when you leave that place.
