Royal Oaks Townhomes

Royal Oaks Townhomes is an absolute gem! The apartment is spacious and perfect for my family. The pool area is always clean and inviting. Plus, the location is unbeatable - we're just minutes from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and family-friendly spots. Roxana, the leasing manager, deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. She's friendly, helpful, and made the entire leasing process a breeze. Thanks to her, Royal Oaks feels like a welcoming community. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic home!"

Beautiful and great location !

Horrible experience. Homes are moldy, and they will knowingly rent it out to you like that. We pointed out obvious mold to Roxanna and she refused to have it remedied until we paid 500 for a test. Beware of Roxanna, she will act all polite to you, while lying to you and screwing you over at any chance she can.
Always get everything in writing from her. Or better yet, stay away from these terrible homes, and terrible management.
New ownership must look into considering removing Roxanna, the leasing agent from the site. And replace her with somebody responsible and honest.
I have put together a group of former and current residents with similar complaints and we are going to file a suit. If you’re interested in participating please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Horrible complex. Unsafe, and a health hazard due to mold. Roxanna will lie to you, and use their own faults against you. Stay away

Absolutely horrid neighborhood. My mom just recently made the smartest decision to leave.
Each time I visited her and she had an issue such as mold the manager Rocksana would try to place the blame on her for having her window open for fresh air and told her she would be responsible and have to pay for it herself.
Rocksana also keeps herself locked  in the office. So obviously this is not a safe neighborhood.Some homeless sleep in the pool area often and the grounds are horribly unmaintained. Many families have their yards filled with eyesoring toys and junk and candy wrappers that are never cleaned up.
Unhealthy environment.
Stay away trust me. I wouldn't have given this a one star rating but I had to to get this message out there if I could have gotten a zero star that what this community deserves

This place should be called Royal Mold, not Royal Oaks, and the terrible management is the worst thing about this place. Long story short, we moved in, found out about major mold in the island in the kitchen, and moved out for 2 weeks till they fixed the problem.  Not long after, the roof collapsed major flood in the unit, and we needed to move out again for a few weeks for mold remediation. It was very difficult to live in a hotel with a baby, and a dog, my husband working from home, and me a full-time student. Moreover, after we thought that all this ordeal was over, and we finally started settling in, we received a non-release notice, so basically, they kicked us out, not taking into consideration what we went through, me being pregnant and the house market being horrible at the time. When my husband went to ask for the reason for the non-releasing, Roxana told him that it was just business. The management is not interested in fixing the problems, they want tenants that don't complain, like the family who lived before us in mold for 5 years. So if you care for your family stay away from this place.

Just spent a year here. Good times. Roxanna and Javier were always very helpful and took care of everything we needed.

Nightmare!!! Run away from this place do not walk. The grounds are horrible and always filthy with garbage everywhere. Young children are unattended outside in the roads everyday very dangerous situation.
I subletted a room from a friend for a few months and I ran out of there as
fast as I could do the   lack of care by
this management Danielle and Roxanne are so incompassionate and treat you like you don't know anything I am glad I left.
Trust me this communitu is horrible.
