It doesn't even deserve a star! Don't waste your money, the condominium only assigns one parking lot, the visitor has to pay for the night, they don't let Uber eats in, they always threaten that the tow truck is going to take away the cars, there is duck poop everywhere, they don't open the pools, they don't rent the social room, the elevators are always damaged or smell like urine, the people from the association are rude, the only solution they give is to move!!

This place needs to be reported and looked into. They think people are dumb and don’t notice the shadyness with the tow trucks? This place literally has a reputation online for being absolute trash. The people running it obviously don’t care, especially the guards who are in on the towing and probably get some money out of it. Ok, let’s see what happens then. One big HOA report to start.

It’s not possible that even years after Covid they don’t let the residents use the pool which is a so called “benefit” of living here and on top of everything the guys and lady’s at the security have some type of business goin on that they let the tow trucks in every hour to tow cars of people who are parking for a moment to deliver either food or packages, when you order any type of delivery service you have to go all the way to the gate to pick it up because they will not let the car in doesn’t matter if it raining or if your injured and can’t walk . The amount of people who have gotten stuck in the elevator is crazy and when you call the security’s for help they’ll tell you to call the fire department cus there they can’t do anything which almost definitely is not ok someone almost had a panic attack last time because it was the middle of summer and there is no ventilation in does elevators
