Find better places in Weston. Never expect that you will get the security deposit. They are very creative not to pay back your deposit. Stay away

Love the city of Weston. Can’t say the same for the same for San Michele. Reading some reviews and couldn’t agree more with the folks that have had the same experience. I did not think that a place can have such low standards on how to manage their property. The unit I am currently in has been the worst from the beginning of my lease to my recent lease renewal. So many issues have came up and have been poorly managed. The latest and greatest issue is the high increase in rent of $500+/ month and now have to pay for water/sewage separate. That is about a 20% increase. I’m pretty sure the leasing office does not give their employees that kind of a raise every year and expect their tenants to be okay with it. The unit is still the same and no upgrades. There is still carpets in the rooms that have been an ongoing issue since day one. Thought the new management company was going to be different. Nope I was wrong. Heed my warning on this place. STAY AWAY! Comment reply:
I did not receive any communications on my cell or email. Please read past emails from the email on file for my unit. There you will see all the issues we have had since the beginning. As for the new problems, I am positive that you will not work with your tenants to assist with affordable pricing. I know how it goes. You can be kind and courteous online, but you are a corporation who is about profit.

Cancel that. I have been playing hide and seek with the manager here. Emails and phone calls  have gone unanswered. Still waiting to speak to manager. Good thing I didn’t hold my breath. Awful customer service.

Carlos and Maria are the best. This is our 3rd year here at San Michele. With four children to raise, the safety level and quality of neighbors are to dream of. The amenities, swimming pool and GYM...etc, are very clean and safe. Rapid maintenance response aftern a work order is opened. After 7 years living in Weston, I can say, San Michele is the best place to call HOME in weston.
