Saratoga Springs Apartments

The property manager is Incredible!! Teresa always goes out of her way in taking care for the community that is our home, beyond attentive and usually immediately responds to any concerns I may have. She is professional, cordial, cares about her tenants and their needs. She truly is an asset to this community. I always see her proactive on the site. She makes my home a great place to call home.

Teresa is a hard working proactive manager. She personally coordinates and follows up apart from the portal when you have a work order. In the few 6 months I've been here I have seen her hosing down front doors and sweeping walls to make our apartment home beautiful. During 4th of July wkend my toddler locked me out in the balcony. Teresa while out enjoying her day off  immediately arrived and took the necessary measures to get me in meanwhile officers wanted to break in which I would have incurred repair costs. Not the way I wanted to go being a single parent. Her team member Ricardo is also a friendly hard worke, always on top of things. I am so happy to be living here. The location is great 7 min walk to the library. 2 major downfalls-: 1) AC is a wall unit in the living, 2nd the jalousie windows

Lived for over 4 years here and management is a joke. Problems such as air conditioning and doors took ages to be fixed and on top of that, when we finally moved out we made sure eveything was okay with the apartment as we were leaving early to move into a house. Teresa, the manager, confirmed that everything was fine, that we didn't have to worry cause nothing else was owed. We later received a letter for advances of over $1,000.00 dollars when what was left of "damage" was unpainted walls and general wear and tear that would've been needed to be replaced with 5 years of living there. Please, make sure to take pictures of the apartment when you leave as she will try to gouge you for more money. She kept our deposit and went after for more. When confronted, she said "It was all in the contract". Very dishonest and for a "woman of God", very hypocritical. Stay away.

Management is not your friend. Teresa is not on your side and will take your deposit and bill whatever else she can. Be very careful when you sign the contracts she asks you to sign. After living here for 5 years and paying rent on time every time she did not return deposit. We did not paint the apartment. There was minimal wear and tear on doors. Yet she billed over 700 on this alone. Don't trust her word. Make sure you get everything in writing because her interest is to make money from you.

The Property Manager is very professional and courteous, the community is very well kept and peaceful. A great place to call home. I highly recommend Saratoga Springs Apartments.

I’m a current resident for Saratoga Springs Apartment. I’m very pleased to say that the leasing manager is respectful & professional. It’s a lovely quiet, and well maintained building. We have a pool that’s always kept clean and the building is well kept. I’m very happy that I have chosen the right place to live at.

We have been part of the residents of Saratoga Springs Apartments for around 12 or 13 years. It is a good place to live and excellent management.
