Savannah at Riverside Condominium Association

Im in building 755, have had zero issues with management or parking. Lana been incredibly helpful and responsive. Have never felt unsafe once.

2 stars because the grass outside was mostly clean and well maintained for a pet friendly place. Moved out a few months ago after living here for a while. The units are privately owned, so a lot is left up to the landlord. There was a mold problem in my apartment, prior to my moving in and mold was discovered shortly after I moved in. The landlord told me to just spray Clorox on it. 🙄my respiratory health got progressively worse while I lived here and since I left it has greatly improved.
As for the HOA…needlessly militant about trivial stuff. Would constantly take pictures of the outside of my unit and leave letters on the door. Often for stupid stuff like a broken screen door that the landlord refused to fix. The lady in the office never answered or returned calls. The hot tub was never in working order the entire time I lived here. Some hallways were clean, others had nasty moldy carpet in them. Parking situation is rough with very little visitor spots. Great location but otherwise poorly maintained complex.

Do not move here “Gary” is an old grumpy rude man. I feel think he’s lonely so he feels the need to take it out on everyone else. And the woman “Lana” in the office also not a nice woman. There is no concrete slab between the floors so your neighbors hear every step you make. Management will call the cops on you for any and everything because they have a rule that if they have to call the cops twice you get evicted. And I don’t mean call the cops for a good reason I mean call the cops cause kids are playing outside. Or you will get fined for putting things on your balcony. Gary told me in my interview that is I see and kids in the area I should “ call the cops and tell them the kids are looking in cars or something to give the police a reason to come out cause they would come just for kids hanging out” the other tenants seem friendly but everybody I have spoken to done not like management. Both Gary and Lana seem to be very disliked people.i have only been here a short period of time and I can already see why. It looks a lot nicer from the outside.

Please run far away from this place. There is a mold problem with the units and there is a building that is enclosed and the carpet as well as the stairs are in terrible condition. If you decide to buy there just make sure you will be ok with the association increasing and  know that this community is manage by Benchmark which is morally corrupt.

Bad management, bad maintenance to buildings, hallway nasty and carpets horrible, owners pay over 500.00 association fee, dont know what they do with all that money, parking a,mess anybody can take 3-4 visitors any time for weeks or month, office always close, they dont answer emails or phone calls, I thought about buying here 4 years ago, so glad I didn't this is not the same as 4 years ago when i moved in. So sad apartment inside is great, outside nasty only thing they keep well is the grass.

I've lived here for about 4 months. Building 927. No issues with management or parking so far. I feel like its a pretty safe place to live. If anything changes, I'll update the review. But so far its been a great experience. All units have individual owners, so repairs and pest issues go through your landlord. Thankfully our's has been A+ with any issues. Jan 2024 update - I did see someone have their rims stolen and the car was left on concrete blocks. It was a Honda Civic.
