My parents live in Sea Ranch Building B ...
My parents live in Sea Ranch Building B and every time I come to visit, the Concierge lady named Christine (not sure if that’s the right spelling), is always so rude and unwelcoming. Every single time she has a problem with something. Back then when Rocky and Fred were upfront, it was very welcoming. Management, please see if you can do something about this. It is quite noticeable she hates her job.
