while the actual apartments are fine, the people that run the place are a complete joke. my car was hit and run RIGHT UNDERNEATH one of their cameras. Although the signs posted all over the place say that the cameras are there and actively monitored, they are refusing to show me any of the footage from who hit my car. no call backs, no returned emails, no response for over 3 weeks. save your money and go somewhere else, this is robbery by association fee

We are totally disappointed by the little or no willingness to help us with the issue of parking the mini bus, considering that in the reservation it does not warn that it only allows tourist cars, if we had known before, we would not have booked in this place and we would have looked for another option that would allow the type of vehicle we are driving. And on the other hand, it seems extremely rude to me that they offered me the street to park, in fact we have been looking for a place to park for more than 4 hours.

Cockroaches everywhere. The gate makes a terrible noise. You have to use comcast. Bad internet and few channels. The elevator looks like it's going to come loose.

Very comfortable and quiet place I recommend it
