Beware of Hidden Fees and Unfair Lease Terms at end of lease If you plan to rent here, be extremely careful about their lease termination policy. They require exactly 60 days’ notice to move out, and if you give even a few days less, they will charge you an extra month’s rent (in my case, $2,700).
Even though I gave 57 days’ notice, they refused to make any exceptions and insisted on collecting an additional full month’s rent or move into a month to month which would require a $5400 monthly rent. This feels like a predatory policy designed to trap tenants into paying more than necessary.
Make sure to read every detail of your lease carefully and be prepared for unexpected charges if you ever plan to move out. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for fair and honest management.
