Jackson concierge is the only good thing about Shoma. He is very attentive and positive, always willing to help and very respectful.

I want to talk about Jackson Concierge, he is a very nice person, I thought there were no more men as good and kind as him, he is very charismatic and attentive, and what I like most about him is that he always has a smile, keep it up if the smile If you were a millionaire, I am fascinated by this young man.

Javier Soto is the rudest “management professional” I have ever encountered with no compassion for anyone. Power trip… I was sent a $250 fine and a letter from an attorney over an oil leak. Im struggling to remedy the leak on my car and they are threatening to evict me over an oil leak! Without my car I cant work to pay rent. No compassion from the management. Paper thin walls, constant new rules and regulations. I strive to be a considerate and polite tenant but the management doesn’t do the same. Was told shoma bazaar would be open by august when first moving in, no progress, the floors havent even been poured yet. Never lived anywhere where my guest had to pay to visit beyond the “2 free hours”. My car is leaking and falling apart from their million speed bumps. My car was perfect before moving in. Residents arent allowed to throw furniture or large objects in the dumpster, ive never heard of an apartment not providing dumpsters for residents   . On top of rent they charge you for everything pest control, “smart fee”, amenity fee. A scam

Jackson concierge, he is the most helpful person in Shoma, I was a resident and he helped me with all the problems, he has excellent attention and charisma, I thank him for being so diligent.
