Silver Falls

First of all the security line is absolutely ridiculous, at this point they should have a keycode pad instead, there’s no reason it should take more than 2 minutes to let a car through. Secondly, the PARKING is horrible. This community will purposely bring in the towing company to take your car without any valid reason. My boyfriend has been a resident here for YEARS and they took his car on his OWN property. They took his friends car when it hasn’t been left there overnight only was parked for 2 hours during regular hours. They took my car when I parked in the VISTOR parking and I did not leave my car overnight. This community is honestly the worst, I have NEVER dealt with this anywhere else. Nothing gets resolved here, they don’t care.

Beautiful place

Slowest security checkpoint ever for visitors. 10 minutes just to get in to drop off 2 residents. If someone does not pick up the phone, make the line move to the next car...

Great community. One problem is there is only one gate to a 1000 home complex. It can get backed up all the way to the main road.

Very bad and uncomfortable parking. I have been sleeping at my girlfriend's house every night for 6 months without problems and the tow truck takes my car. For no reason because according to the sign it says that I cannot spend more than two days parking in the same parking lot and I comply with the rules and for no reason and by mistake they sent my car to be towed and paying $200. Apart from the fact that they have very little parking space, they still charge it. 🤢 they should do better on that topic

Safe, clean, quiet complex. Full of nice people and beautiful trees. I love everything about this place.
