This building is unsafe, poorly managed, and not worth the high rent. • No Security: There is absolutely no security presence, making residents feel unsafe. Cars have been stolen, and management does nothing to address the issue.
• Broken Garage Gate: The garage gate has been broken for weeks, leaving vehicles vulnerable to theft and break-ins.
• Missing Packages: Packages frequently go missing, and management takes no responsibility. There is no secure package system in place.
• No Gym Maintenance: The gym lacks basic necessities—no hand soap, no paper towels or cleaning gym wipes and clearly no effort to keep it clean.
• Unresponsive Concierge: The concierge is never at the front desk, making it impossible to get assistance when needed.
*     Unauthorized People Using Amenities: Strangers from outside freely enter the building and use the gym, pool, tennis courts, and other amenities while paying residents deal with overcrowding and lack of security.
Paying for Amenities We Can’t Even Use – Avoid This Building!
This building is a complete disappointment. We’re paying for things that are out of order with no updates or effort to fix them.
• Pool Closed for 2+ Months: The pool has been closed for over two months, yet there’s no work being done on it and no timeline for reopening. We are paying for an amenity we can’t even use.
Management continuously ignores resident complaints and refuses to fix ongoing issues. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!
The management is changing every year. This is the 4th management now…

I would not recommend this building. It’s definitely NOT what you see on their website…

The pool has been closed for maintenance since December 20th of last year, and we are still awaiting a formal announcement on the expected reopening date - or at least when work will begin. Management is looking for new contractors to fix the tiles, but why is it taking so long to find them? Perhaps they are trying to get the best deal, but reopening the pool for the entire building should be a higher priority than saving money on repairs. Amenities were the main reason we chose to live here

I need to write a heartfelt review about this place because I want to prevent other families from making the mistake we did in moving here.  Rosa, Victor and Natalia, the cleaning staff are great- so this review is not about them.  Everything previously said is completely true- elevators do not work, cars are stolen, the pool is dirty etc. I would like to add that my living room floor filled with water back when we had a flood and we were without power for quite some time.  Also, there was a bomb threat on August 20th, 2024 and the whole building was on lockdown(the building says it was just FPL's equipment left behind). Very hard to feel safe here.  Do your family a favor and do not rent here... otherwise you will end like us, counting the days until our lease is up.

Im not complaining about the ppl who works here.  The ppl from the office are amazing the cleaning crew are outstanding. Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about the ownership and management company of the building.  Whoever is responsible doesn’t care!!
It has been couple stolen vehicles in the past month or two.  I also learned that were couple others stolen last year.  Doesn’t take too much to find out just talk to new and old residents they all have a story.
Garage doors have been broken for days now.  No security on site for a big apartment complex like this one.
Elevators_ Saturdays Saba Holiday. Im very respectful to all religions.   But only one elevator works out of four.
One elevator has been broken for a while now. 2nd elevator stops in every single floor. 3rd elevator is reserved for moving then only one out of four elevators work! Be prepared to wait 15 minutes to take an elevator that gets SUPER BUSY /packed.  (kindly don’t do groceries on Saturdays please) or you might need to wait longer to get in.
Valet Parking_ only for guest and their platform is an old school.  The payment link doesn’t give you an option to use the card already saved in your phone (must punch in the card number, name and Address every single time) making so archaic and difficult for ours guests.

Wonderful staff! Victor an Natalie are great ! They helped  me throughout the whole process renting  in SLATE, which by the way, is a beautiful building, and beautiful apartments,and pet friendly!

The building is stunning, and the apartments are incredibly spacious. The location offers breathtaking views, making it an exceptional choice. I highly recommend it.
