Moving from out of state and finding a place was very overwhelming however, thanks to Jay who made everything smooth and stress-free. The amenities are fantastic, and the community is warm and welcoming—better than I expected. It’s been a great experience living here!

Great place to live, especially if you have a family(family friendly community. Natalie the manager of the community, very great to work with: she will help you out to move In and with any concerns you have. She always have time to speak to residents with appointments you make.Don't be afraid with comments!

This Ramirez person and the crew that work there. For the last 3 weeks I have been  disturbed by false alarm claims that the fire department has to sound in the building giving excuses that was necessary for a new restaurant opening. I have spoken to my neighbors and no one was inflicted except for my apartment. Looks like attorney will be needed.

Leasing office provides misinformation in order for everyone to apply, will lie to you directly about income requirements, minimal communication, extremely unprofessional and typical miami predatory business practices. Look elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Prior to paying the $150 application fee, I called the leasing office to make sure I was eligible to apply. First time I tried, they hung up on me. When I called again, the woman on the phone sounded unsure but then said it was 2x the rent. I thanked her and then submitted my application, only for them to reject me for not meeting income requirements. They said if I paid their partner company extra money to cosign for me, they would approve me. I said that's ridiculous and when I mentioned my conversation with their leasing office, they went into full gaslight mode and told me there's no way anyone told me that, nor was there any chance of me getting back the money I was wrongfully encouraged to spend by a member of their team. I told them to listen to their call recordings from that day and they cut the convo off after that. Save your money and save yourself the trouble of dealing with their management team.
