Don’t recommend living here management sucks and the kids and visitors will damage your property/Vehicles and management will just say “oh that’s why you should have renters insurance.

Since Ashley left, this place got worst. ...
Since Ashley left, this place got worst. It was bad before but affordable. My first car was stolen here twice and no one knew what happened. Sad part was that the second time the gasket was completely blown so a wrecker picked it up and they could help with that issue. The management started to target me and my family because she was so rude and unaccountable when I complained that our stove was not working for a month. She said she was on vacation for a week and when I asked about the other week she said the maintenance was off for a week so what about the other two weeks and the attitude got worst. Instead of replacing the broken stove, they patched it up and then targeted my family. We had to move because the previous management told me it was okay for my sick mother to stay with me. That rude office manager made sure she came after me and my family because my mother was not on the lease. I tried to add her and she said no it's too late. I explained the situation and she said no either I love by myself or leave. So I took my mom and left. On the date of moving out, she came with the stinkess attitude. She walked through the apartment and walked off without saying what's the next step or so. Now after 13 years of putting up with robbery, bad children running and up down all hours of nights, loud music, and every other ghetto thing you can think of, she didn't have the courtesy to professional complete the key hand off. Walked away and told the maintenance guy to get the key from them. I received no letter but a partial refund deposit check. I would call their headquarters but they are up help because the last time they referre me back to her. By the way, the unit I moved out of was raised up to $2900 from $1500 so be careful when or if you make the decision to move here.

I've been asking these people help with  ...
I've been asking these people help with my refrigerator for the past three months.i sent Over pictures someone from cooperate had to come see as if my pictures wasn't good enough.it took them two weeks to visit.and I'm still waiting on the issue to get fix.the neighborhood is dirty kids running around every where breaking cars.gate always broken.solabella is not what they want you to think it is.its a mess and Ive been here for 5 years.this will be my last year here it's horrible.since Ashley left things are not being handle correct

The manager here Kathryn Gomez is incompetent, unprofessional and plain rude. Unfortunately she’s the only person I’ve been able to contact about various issues and trying to fix them. The units are old and the buildings are rundown. Look elsewhere!

I recently moved and I must say I won’t miss this place. I’ve lived at Solabella  for 8yrs and I must say it has been a drastic change in the last 3yrs. The gate not working a major headache. Being stuck outside for hours or in the street is the main reason it was time for me to relocate. The influx of children playing in front of your door and not near their own residence. No one being held accountable to any of the parking rules nor dumping of large furniture. The dumpster look  disgusting when you’re having guest. Paying association fees and never allowed to use the pool due to the negligence of others as well as the gym. New tenants I hope have a better living environment

I am a new private owner and I am very disappointed with the association....the gate is a major problem....As I type this review I have been currently parked outside of the gate. No way to enter my how. The gate box has been frozen all weekend.  No after hours numbers or emergency contact for issues like these. It's a every month thing and a big inconvenience....I had to go rent a hotel because I work nights and sat outside the gate for 3 hours and couldn't get acess.....The gate is a nightmare....

I've lived here since 2012 in a private  ...
I've lived here since 2012 in a private own unit. My experience has been great. With the exception, of more children now.  Just this weekend the police had to closed the pool due to the children of the neighbor gathering at the pool. 🤦🏾‍♀️IT WAS A LOT LOT OF THEM . The new tenants need to follow the parking rules.  The gate hasn't been broken in a while because they stop running into it. 🤦🏾‍♀️How do you pay to live in a gated community and run into the gate.
