Noisy building, dishonest, ineffectual management.

Apartment 501 LANDLORD IRINA AND GLEN JAKOB … Awful experience while living there as well as after the fact. They rarely fixed any of our issues while living there - and the AC unit is hazardous it is so messed up. after moving out, I accidentally sent two packages there and GLEN has refused to give them to me. I would have to take him to court to get the packages he said he “misplaced” them rather than returning them to sender

I've lived here for 6 years now & I love it! The location is great, the building is quiet enough to work from home, everyone is friendly & respectful toward each other as well as the building (no garbage laying around). The new management does a great job taking care of the building as well. The area is full of young people, coffee shops, & restaurants. Everyone I hang out with now lives in the building or within a block or 2, so it's a great place to make friends. The building was recently painted along with new carpeting & lighting installed.
