Excellent!! I went to see the amenities and apt showing was amazing!! Very nice experience with Melissa! She is super professional and committed with her customers. She explained us the move in process and showed all amenities. We came from Seattle WA to see some properties in Miami FL. We love the experience and definitely is a great place!! Thank you Melissa!! Great job!! Outstanding customer services!!

We are very disappointed in this place. We have lived here since October. About 2 months ago we had neighbors move in. After complaining to the front office about our entire apartment smelling of marijuana, they said they would place a note on everyone’s door that day. This was never done. It has been a month of the neighbors smoking inside there apartment (they do not have a balcony). Nothing has been done. I have resent an email to management with no response from their team days later. We have a small baby and signed this lease with one of the reasons being it was a smoke free building. I do not recommend this building for families or anyone with children.

This building is amazing, the amenities are so good! And the staff is wonderful, specially Ivexi, she walked me through the entire leasing process with great patience and showed me several options until we found the one that suited me best. I definitely recommend 10/10

I’ve been for a tour with Steve and he’s amazing. It was very easy to apply and get approved. He knows the process and was able to answer all the questions and made move in very easy and pleasant.
