Worst place to live.. zero maintenance... building hallways always dirty... don't rent here... run away fast...

I was really interested in leasing but they are a bit rude and dismissive, said they were busy and would call back. Still waiting on that call, needless to say I rented elsewhere.

Very poor customer service. They lose and misplace peoples mail. The female who answers the phone at the leasing office, I believe her name is Rachel is VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.They never answer the phone.

I used to live in this building for 3 years and the happiest day was when I MOVED OUT! The MANAGEMENT and RACHEL LEOARD is the worst ever! Every single resident hates this unprofessional and cocky person. She has no clue what she is doing except for giving nasty attitude. She forced every normal resindent to move out and packed the building with ghetto people who stole my motorcycle from the garage. The building is ok but the management is the WORST EVER. Think twice before signing with them you’ll regret it big time .
