Spiaggia is a nice building recently updated , very well located ,right on the beach ,walking distance to publix post office cvs banks and several eatery , primarily kosher.the staff is courteous and aveleable at any time. the pool is small but nice ,and there is a nice entertainment /tv room on the main floor.

the gym is very small ,and and poorly staffed
being mainly sheetrock the apartments are very noicy .if you like me are long term renter because your job ,beware, door slammed,dogs barking people having conversation in hallway night hours right next to your door .and renting right next to the elevator is a bad choice.
when next year I ll came back to Miami I will not rent on the beach again ,that is for tourist only.
