Stirrup Plaza Apartments in Miami

I have being living in this building for 6 years and NEVER, management has being So Lousy.  We have not had cooling in the Lobby, Fitness Room, Laundry Room and Library-Computer Room for months. Response from my numerous and persistent emails to the Regional Manager and Regional Vice President reporting this issue is that hopefully, the AC Company will supposedly will install the 2nd part they were waiting for- this week and HOPEFULLY, we will get cooling in all the above mentioned areas, as we are entitled to have!!!!!!!. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE:  The Mail Carriers and if there is an Emergency in the Building, The Fire Rescue, have ABSOLUTELY, NO ACCESS TO THE BUILDING, UNLESS A "TENANT" WILL LET THEM IN.  This happened because there is a Box next to the Intercom on the Front of the Building that with a "Master Key";  the Mail Carrier can open  to obtain a Ring or Pod to Enter the building.  Apparently, a prior Mail Carrier simply forgot to leave the Ring/Pod inside the box,  or perhaps this box was left opened and as a result. Unless a TENANT OPENS THE DOOR, WE DON'T GET OUR MAIL DELIVERED.  This situation has been going on for weeks, also.
Everyday, either Tenants will Sit on a HOT LOBBY TO HOPE TO BE ABLE TO GIVE THE MAIL CARRIER ACCESS TO or I will have to check  thru my Window, which faces the street, for the Mail Carrier Truck to give Access.
Calling the Management Office, located at 3150 is futile as the Property Manager doesn't even want to speak to me when i call her for follow up on these issues...and there is so much the Assistant Property Manager can do.
Hopefully, the "OWNER", as I have seen in Favorable Comments of the Property, will view this rating and will respond with Favorable Comments and all will be taking care of.

I miss the area, the best!!!  close to downtown, brickell, coral gables, coconut grove, the people who work there very nice in the office, maintenance, etc Thanks for everything.....

I have been calling this location for many times and leaving messages but nobody gets back to me. I just want to see if there are available apartments to rent. If I can't even get a response from such a simple question imagine if I am calling to get maintenance done or wanting to speak to someone for help when I am a tenant. Very sus place with no cust service attributes.
