I have part of my family living there and the truth is that every time I go I love it, it is a very clean place and very quiet.

I found Sunshine Villas to being among the most professional management companies that I  experienced in South Florida. They communicate with you on a regular basis. They conduct regular maintenance in a timely fashion. The housing is beautiful and with quality appliances and etc. I ended up leaving the state for a job opportunity. Otherwise, I would have remained in that apartment.

I live in the town homes Mountain Cove in front of your apartments and can you give a note to all your residents that they can NOT PARK there is not my fault that you guys don't give enough parking that's why i bought my home so i don't have to deal with apartments. The part that bothers me is that my trash doesn't get picked up because your residents park right Infront of the trash bin. Tell them to Park on their side of the street not where the townhomes are I will call law enforcement come and remove the vehicles and have them TOWED. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED IM SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING YOUR RESIDENTS PARK ON MY PROPERTY. i have cameras so that's how I know is your residents parking

The best place to live, we are already 1 year old. Claudia, who works in the office, is very friendly and attentive to any complaint you may have.

Excellent place, very nice apartments, they just need to have a little privacy in the back of each one But they are very good
