Surfside Palms

Loud road noise. Elevator door would slam here it from apartment. Can here people working out when in gym slamming weights. Doors slam constantly. Have no regards for others. They want to acknowledge they left apartment. Can't hold their weight lifting slams and grunts. Dogs barking will wake you up every day.

Surfside Palms beautiful on the outside. Cringe in the inside. Well especially of you live on the South Tower building. I rented here before. Paid alot of money to live by a gym. You here all the noise from weights being slammed and your novice boxer. On top of that the road noise is a constant nuisance. Hearing loud exhaust pipes from the cars and motorbikes wakes you up at night. The elevator is always down for some reason. Or leave it very dirty. The common stair wells are dirty always. The fountain and the Jacuzzi never got fixed

Across from surfside

Um don't build condos on swamp land thats pretty irresponsible.

Although the prices are modest, it has a good location, a very good pool, and free covered parking.
