Lots of crabs walking around but the swimming pool is very small, only 3 feet deep and CLOSED!. Murky green water in it too. A pool closed during the simmer? Not a good sign. Awkward to get in and out, very few if any guest parking, I would NOT buy here, nor rent here really...hmnn, maybe in a pinch because it's close to Walmart, the farmer's market, Pollo tropical, but it's so old looking. So, yeah, I wouldn't buy here.

Worst place to live!!! Infested with Roaches , Lived there for 3 years with no HOT WATER. . Association and Management doesn’t care. Finally moved out!!! Al the Manager is very racist against white Latin people. He will curse you out for absolutely no reason! I have many videos of him yelling as soon as you walk in the door. I always has my phone ready when walking in . Told Association they did nothing about his behavior. He is still running the building.
