Lovely Condominiun in North Beach, Florida / Recently Built!

fantastic place to live, beautiful apartments and very close to everything you could ever need. My biggest problem is the amount of renters living in here, rather than the apartment owners. They do not care about the place the same way at all, its disposable living in terms of them staying a year or three at the most, before they move on. So they don't care how they treat the place. We also have an overzealous night time security officer who thinks he works for the FBI or special forces, who tends to come across rude and thinks nothing of having your car towed if it is a fraction over the allotted parking line! I have to say that right now, the management office has two super nice managers, Oscar and Saffron have been wonderful are a breath of fresh air for this place. They work hard to keep on top of things and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I wish we could impose some kind of extra charge on all the apartments that are renting out, like a tax of some kind. Many of us do not want these renters here, we bought here because we thought we were going to be around other owners or second home owners not people who don't have a vested interest in the property or community.
