Terrazas Riverpark Village

This building has the perfect location, the views of the Miami River and the airport are so entertaining, from my balcony I see the sunset, that most of the times feels magical. I love my apartment, where I feel secure and I am able to live the way I like. Oh and you don’t need to go anywhere on the 4 of July to see the fireworks, there are plenty of those surrounding the building from every angle.

I have lived in Terrazas for about 6 years now and love it here. Our unit (and most of the units) are modern and spacious with huge balconies, and great views of the Miami River, downtown Miami/Brickell/Edgewater and Biscayne Bay. I love that the buidling also has many different unit floor plans to choose from so everything isn't so cookie cutter. Pretty good amenties too (pool, hot tub, gym,  sauna, bbq area, 24-hr self service mini mart, party room, concierge, security, on site management and maintenance staff, and there's even a nice park next door). The location is pretty great too being walking distance to River Landing shops and restaurants and Marlins stadium, and then right next to the Health District, and pretty central to Miami airport, downown area, Wywoood and Calle Ocho, and Miami Beach area, all a quick 10 to 15 minute drive away. Pretty cool community of friendly neighbors with a nice mix of professionals and families. Definitely a hidden gem.

Very central located steps to Hospital area, 10' to Brickell or MIA Airport. Beautiful views from the units. Tranquil, peaceful, next to a park and major highways, and Miami River. Closed to shoppings and many restaurants. Love Terrazas.

Fantastic value for your money. Nowhere else in Miami can you get a 2/2 at such low prices. I would highly recommend Terraza Riverpark condominium village as an investment or rental property. 😍

More than 3 years ago we purchased at Terraza’s , we are very happy overall with management and staff. Yes a few things here, no place is perfect. The view is spectacular, we overlook the river, it is a pleasure to enjoy a glass of wine looking at the passing yachts. We love it there

This location stands out to me for its prime position adjacent to the Miami River and its proximity to Little Havana. Additionally, it offers a distinctive vantage point, overlooking the highway, providing a captivating view. From my perspective, the apartments here offer great value for the price. I sincerely hope that you have the opportunity to appreciate the magnificence of this remarkable place.
