Family friendly area with a gorgeous view of the city and park downstairs. Central location away from tourists and 10 minutes from Downtown, Brickell, Design District, Wynwood, MIA Airport and more. Terrazas is definitely a hidden gem… it’s not often that you find a condo in Miami that has a full reserve and is occupied by professionals employed with legitimate businesses. Our property manager is responsive, respectful, and friendly. Owners and residents are very neighborly and there is a great sense of community. Happy to call this place home.

This building has the perfect location, ...
This building has the perfect location, the views of the Miami River and the airport are so entertaining, from my balcony I see the sunset, that most of the times feels magical. I love my apartment, where I feel secure and I am able to live the way I like. Oh and you don’t need to go anywhere on the 4 of July to see the fireworks, there are plenty of those surrounding the building from every angle.
