Me and Jeff lived here 2.5 years ago. Honestly the best place we have ever lived simply because of the property manager Henry. He made living here so enjoyable and honestly we can’t wait to move back here. Also, you’re within walking distance to literally EVERYTHING! Bayside, Miami heat games, THE WATER!! If you want to be in downtown, this is the place to be!

You could not possibly hope for a better property manager. I've lived here two years and can't understand how anyone can deal with the way most landlords treat them. Henry is the best

The Atrium is an incredible work of mid-century architecture located in the heart of Miami’s downtown. We are new residents and could not be any more happy to be in this building. Not only is PMC Property Group the very best, Henry the community manager operates this place with his heart and soul. All the residents love him and so do we because of how genuine he is. We really feel taken care of and there’s not an issue he will not tackle when it comes to making his residents feel like VIP all the way. If you’re looking for spacious apartments in the most amazing location as well living in a building where you’ll be well taken care of; I highly recommend living here at The Atrium Miami.

I love this building! True hidden gem in the heart of downtown. Amazing price, location and value. Everything in the units are always upgraded and well taken care of. Management is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are helped and feel at home. Speaking of management, Henry the property manager went above and beyond to ensure me and my client were taken care of. He was so responsive, accommodating and welcoming, of course my clients ended up moving in.
He does a phenomenal job of keeping the building in great shape, the apartments are immaculate and the tenants are extremely happy. Ten stars

I love living here! My apartment was completely renovated when I moved in. Everything is brand new. I’ve been here 2 years and will sign another year at least. My favorite part about the Atrium is Henry the property manager and also that every time I go away and come home to the Atrium I know the building is spotless. It’s a smaller “boutique” building without amenities but everyone I talk to says they never use theirs and they would rather live in my building because it’s safe, clean and spacious. It’s the best neighborhood too!

Henry Flores is the most amazing property manager I've ever met, and I also work in the industry so I would definitely know. PMC is lucky to have him and he's a treasure to the community. Your comfort where you live is top priority to them and the move in is timely and easy. I've never looked forward to living at a place more. Compared to other businesses downtown where you're a number the moment you sign the lease,  I couldn't imagine renting anywhere else!!
