Henry is probably the friendliest, most helpful property manager I have ever met. Hidden gem in the wild Wild West that is downtown Miami living.

I've had the pleasure of residing in this apartment complex for the past two years, and it's been nothing short of exceptional thanks to Henry, our outstanding property manager. Under his leadership, this complex has undergone a remarkable transformation. Henry's dedication to improving the property is evident in the numerous renovations and upgrades that have taken place. The positive changes have truly enhanced our living experience.
But what truly sets Henry apart is his commitment to fostering a sense of community among residents. He regularly organizes events that bring us together, complete with delicious food and drinks. It's through these gatherings that he's turned this complex into more than just a place to live; it's a vibrant and welcoming community.
Henry's tireless efforts and genuine care for his residents make him an invaluable asset to this apartment complex. Henry Flores, the property manager is the reason this place is worth 4 stars. Yes, there are homeless people downstairs but what do you expect, it's right in the heart of downtown, and you know that when you visit the building so it's nothing unexpected. Yes, the building itself is older so random stuff like clogged pipes happen, but the units themselves are LARGE, SPACIOUS, with tons of NATURAL LIGHT (we're facing the street in my unit), and UPDATED with nice floors. Henry is always a text away, not matter what time of day or night, he is a dedicated property manager like I have never seen in the Miami area. He goes ABOVE and BEYOND for his tenants, and PMC is lucky to have him. He knows his job better than anyone and is the kindest man, always willing to work with you on any issue or questions. Highly recommend this building for the square footage, in this location.

A+ Henry is the best Property Manager this community has had in awhile and it shows throughout the community best value in downtown hands down..

I’ve had a great experience moving into and living at the Atrium. I wasn’t able to find as good a deal anywhere in the Downtown Miami or Brickell areas. Some of the other (much more expensive) buildings I toured had fancy amenities like giant pools, but none of them had nicer units. My new apartment is super spacious and was just remodeled. It’s as if it is brand new. The new manager of the property, Henry, is awesome. He’s super responsive and truly goes out of his way to make sure that everyone has an optimal living situation (beautifying the roof, negotiating a gym deal with the YMCA down the street, etc.). The maintenance team has also responded the day I put in a request. It looks like there are a few lower reviews from years ago, but my impression is that the building has been renovated since and is being managed differently now. Highly recommend! I feel very fortunate to have snapped my apartment up while it was available.

The building itself is outdated and everything takes ages to be repaired. It took them about 6 months to fix the roof with number of leaks reported. One out of 2 elevators never work, dirty and smelly common areas. AC in the lobby stopped working 2-3 months ago and still to be fixed. New management tries to improve the building by doing random “improvements” that nobody needs or asks (changing perfectly fine tiles and wallpaper outside elevators).They also just introduced VALET TRASH service without asking that comes with mandatory monthly fee. No parking, no gym/pool. Also a lot of homeless people next to the entrance to the building at all times.

A happy mom!  My daughter moved to Miami by researching and making all of the arrangements online, by phone and video chatting.  Everything was clear, all questions answered & information was spot on.  I loved the posted photos, apartment diagrams with accurate measurements as everything looks great and fits perfectly.  Thank you to Henry for making this so very comfortable.  Happy adult child, no worries for mom.
