The Atrium at Aventura

I’m absolutely disgusted at how bad this building is ran. The management has a problem with everything you do, they hire people off the streets for the front desk. They never have your package in untill several hours if not a whole day after it arrives. Not to mention they are extremely rude. Specially this one lady called Jennifer, she’s always on the phone screaming at someone, never paying attention to what you’re asking her, and she always responds with an attitude, not to mention the nasty looks that she gives you.  Another big thing is how much money we give this building, yet they don’t fix it add anything. They’ll paint a wall every now and then and call it a year. They haven’t cleaned the windows in almost 4 years, and the building looks absolutely disgusting from the outside just as it does from the inside. The cleaning ladies and Alberto are the only nice people in this building. ridiculous building, don’t recommend.

I'm glad I sold my apartment after living at this condo for a long time. The past five years have been the worst management, especially with financials, and they have increased the monthly assessment by over 40% in the last three years, and another 40%-50% will come up in the next 2 or 3 years. Also, a big SPECIAL ASSESSMENT is coming soon. The building has plumbing problems and an AC cooling tower with problems constantly and many other problems, but the AC cooling tower has had years with problems, and a lot of money is still spent on it. Monthly assessment doesn't justify it. There are poor amenities, one small pool with a problem all the time, a gym with old equipment and many of them broken or not working properly for years, security for a couple of hours a day, and anyone can get into the building, motorcycles and bicycles have been robbed many times, my family wasn't feeling safe in there anymore.

This building looks amazing! It's very clean, everything looks well maintained. The cheif engineer is really doing a great job! His staff as well. I asked and I believe his name is Rich. Have to say, really like this property! 🤩

I feel like it’s safe and I think it has nice buildings.

Absolutely great place to live, fantastic amenities, convenient location and close to everything, including walking distance to the mall, grocery/restaurants and short drive to the beach.  Excellent management team and maintenance crew.  I asked for jackuzzi repairs and it was handled very efficiently by Alberto (maintenance engineer).  Just positive experience on all levels and its also pet friendly and kid friendly with a wonderful infinity pool overlooking the marina.

Amazing people live there and work there as well. Heidi, Gilberto, alberto, jennifer, rosa are always caring for our wellness and safety. Best administration ever!

I have been living at Atrium at Aventura for a few years by now, it is my favorite boutique style condominium so far!  nothing but great experience! Fantastic concierge team with great management and rest of the staff making our living beyond  comfortable !!!
