Hello, we are a company that provides Electrostatic Painting and Industrial Painting Services. We have had the opportunity to work for this condominium on several occasions. For the management and owners, the manager Mr. Cabrera and all the employees are excellent. We have also been hired by different apartment owners for electrostatic painting of their sliding doors on their balconies. We highly recommend living here.

Great location,  right on the beach. Unfortunately the location of this rental has been outweighed by the agent, whom is still harassing us, trying to charge us additional fees that weren't in the contract. Don't rent here, or rent directly from the owner. Photos are of the condition of the furniture when we arrived.

The most uncomfortable place I have lived. The number of rules imposed makes it feel like you are in an elementary school class. Short-term renters are rude and unbearable to share amenities with.

90% of my jobs are in this area, I know it and I recommend it.

Old building with the front by the pool concrete caving in. Champlain part 2 coming. i was renting and broke my lease when i noticed the concrete caving in by the pool. poorly managed Run! go see the concrete carving in for yourself right by the entrance to the ocean from the pool
