The Crossroads at Downtown Boca

Good afternoon, Rick Harris and his staff are excellent. Rick is very helpful and understanding if any issues are presented to him. He’s always willing to extend a helping hand when needed and he’ll make sure your stay is welcomed. As for his staff whenever I need assistance with a minor or major repair they are always quick to respond. I’ve  had the best experience while living at this property. If I could I’ll give them 10 stars.

The location is amazing. Surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods, minutes from the beach, and all your shopping needs. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I’ve been living at Crossroads at Downtown Boca for 2 years and Rick has been great! Always helpful whenever I have any questions and has any maintenance Ive requested done as soon as possible. I would recommend him to anyone!

Great place great staff .. clean and quiet and perfect location

I loved living there, only left because of work, and will definitely return. I miss my nice quiet neighborhood. Ricky and his team watched out for you and willing to help- even changing my lightbulb for me. Quick to respond with whatever your request is and advises with what is the smartest thing to do. Maintenance is in on the day of your request and excellent service provided. I miss my favorite apartment building ❤️🫶❤️

Honestly, the crossroads has been my FAVORITE apartment in the history of my renting career. I’ve had 2 previous apartments in south Florida with rude owners who didn’t care about anything. Here, they care about literally any issue you’re having, even if it’s your fault. I’ve dropped toilet sprays down the toilet as it was flushing on accident, twice, and the maintenance didn’t have to clog our toilet, they had to REMOVE the toilet and spend a whole day fixing it. I was terrified of their reaction due to PTSD from nasty landlords in the past. Rick is the head honcho around here… my fiancée & I love him. He cares about the people here, a lot. Sadly, I am moving across the country to WA state and I will really miss this place. It’s quiet here, (except for the train) lol, it’s peaceful, no issues with neighbors. The pool is always well maintained. I’m so happy I spent the last year here at the Crossroads in beautiful Boca. Thank you Rick for being great to Cameron & I, we love you!

The apartments are nice and management is very friendly and accommodating.  Maintaince tickets are done quickly and professionally!

Worst place I’ve ever lived in my life. What a regret ever moving in. Was forced to move out due to safety. Don’t move here.

just finished a two year lease @ Crossroads Downtown Boca I'm sorry Apt seekers you have to learn the hard way unfortunately just be ready  for roaches, termites, and worms these positive reviews on here must be from friends , or family members now then turning my attention to you Mr Slick  Rick Harris aka Property Manager you sent my name to collections over  $110 cleaning  fee that I don't owe, after the suffering I had to endure one part due to  your poor tenant screening, the other part was to satisfy the  lease term, just to protect my perfect credit!  Be advised I have filing a formal complaint with CFPB, then I'm coming for your  job and your 11 million dollar employer Rivergate. Didn't someone tell you there are laws in this country once again Fair well and Good riddance. I see now that every thing I was told about you is true.
